A: Early booking, ideally 4-6 weeks ahead, enables us to schedule the most suitable moving team for you. This is particularly important during peak seasons like summer when services are in high demand. Having said that, of course, we are wizards at schedule accomodation.

Q: Can Karl On Wheels Assist with Packing and Unpacking?

A: Absolutely! Our professionals are trained to package all types of items, from fragile pieces to large furniture. We use the best packing materials to ensure the safety of your belongings.

Q: Is the Safety of My Belongings Guaranteed During the Move?

A: At Karl On Wheels, the safety of your belongings is non-negotiable. Our team uses furniture blankets, padding, and proper techniques to secure your items in our trucks. To provide additional peace of mind, we offer insurance options. We carry motor carrier insurance, which will cover you for a certain amount per pound. For very cherished items, you are welcome to purchase added insurance through us.

Highly Recommended: keep your homeowners insurance and do not cancel until you are safely moved into your new home. You can cancel your homeowners insurance for the old home, and you can often prorate premium charges back to stop paying for coverage on your move date.

Karl On Wheels offers a grace period of one week after your move to check your belongings, and make sure everything is in tip top shape.
